Share NPCs, locations, factions and events with players
Write what the players know in Information for the Players, then click Share. Players get that text, the main image and a few details, and none of your own notes.

The party met the harbour master tonight. They know his name, what he looks like and that he lied about the tide tables. You want them to find all of that in Wyrdli next week, without your notes on who pays him.
Each NPC, location, faction and event has a text for the players, kept apart from your own. When you share the record, players can open a page with that text, the main image and a few details. Everything else stays with you.
The players have met an NPC, been to a place, heard of a faction or lived through an event, and you want them to be able to look it up.
Open the NPC, location, faction or event.
In the left column, click Information for the Players.
Write what the players know, in the words you'd use at the table. It saves as you type.
The editor has the same field, Information for the Players, at the end of the form. Your Description and the rest of the page are never shown to players.
In the bar of buttons under the page title, click Share.
The button changes to Shared. Players can now open the record.
In your lists, a Shared badge sits next to the name of every shared record, so you can see at a glance what the players have. Clues and items have the same Share button. Only the GM sees it.
Open the record and click Shared.
The button goes back to Share. The record leaves the players' lists and its page no longer opens for them.
Your text for the players stays, so you can share the record again later.
Players find what you shared under NPCs, Locations, Factions and Events in the campaign menu. Each list shows only the records you shared. A shared page shows:
the name and the main image
your Information for the Players text, which they can read but not change
for an NPC, a Factions tab with the factions it belongs to, when you have shared those factions too
for a location with Show map on, a Map tab with that location's pin and no other
for an event, its Event Date
When a recap or a shared page mentions a record you shared, players can click the mention to open it. A mention of a record you haven't shared shows as plain text, with no link.
When your subscription ends, the campaign is paused. You can't share or stop sharing, and the players' pages don't open, until it is running again.
