Take party notes and your own notes
Sessions, shared clues and shared items have party notes that the GM and every player write together, plus a note of your own for each player. You choose whether the GM can read yours.

The party has just found the ledger in the harbour office, and three players are talking over each other about what the numbers mean. One of them opens the clue in Wyrdli and starts writing. The others watch her words appear and add what she missed. Later, on her own, she writes down the hunch she didn't want to say out loud.
Sessions, clues and items have two kinds of notes. Party notes belong to the whole table: the GM and every player read and write the same note, at the same time. My notes belong to one player. Both save as you type, so there is no save button.
You play in a campaign and want to keep track of what the party learned. Or you run it and want to see what the players took away from a session.
Open a session, a clue or an item. As a player, you find them under Sessions, Clues and Items in the campaign menu.
In the left column, find the Notes group and click Party notes.
Write. Everyone else on the page sees your text as you type, and you see theirs. The names of the people writing appear above the note, under Writing now.
If your connection drops, Reconnecting… shows above the note. Keep the page open and it picks up again.
On the same page, click My notes in the Notes group.
Write. Only you can edit this note.
Check the switch above the note. It starts on GM can read, so the GM can read the note. Turn it off and it reads Only me: from then on the GM can't read it.
The switch works note by note, so you can let the GM read your notes on one session and keep another to yourself. The GM always reads the note as it is now. If you switch a note back to GM can read, the GM sees all of it again, including what you wrote while it was on Only me.
The same Notes group on the session, clue or item page. The GM reads and writes Party notes like everyone else.
One extra entry in the group for each player note on GM can read, named after the player's character. The GM can read these entries but can't change them. If the character has been deleted, the entry shows the player's name.
Nothing at all for a note on Only me.
My notes is for players only. The GM keeps private notes in My notebook. In the demo and in sample campaigns, party notes are read-only.
Every player in the campaign can open the notes of every session.
Clue and item notes open for players only while the GM shares that clue or item. If the GM stops sharing it, the notes close for players, even for someone who has them open. The notes are kept, and they come back when the GM shares it again.
Deleting a session, clue or item deletes its notes.
A player whose character is deleted can no longer open the campaign's notes.
When the GM's subscription ends, the campaign is paused and notes don't open or save until it is running again.
Sessions in the campaign menu lists every session of the campaign. A session's page shows the Recap, Key events and Wish, Rose & Star once the session has them, next to the notes. Recordings, the transcript and the GM's prep stay on the GM's side.
Your party notes and your own notes on each session also appear in My notebook, among your entries. They are the same notes, so a change in one place shows in the other.
