Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 August 2026
1. Who we are
Wyrdli, available at wyrd.li, is operated by Carlo Nicora, an individual based in Italy ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us, and they govern your use of Wyrdli. You can contact us at any time at hello@wyrd.li.
2. The service
Wyrdli is a campaign-management tool for tabletop role-playing games. It helps you organise your campaigns — scenes, characters, locations, secrets, clues and sessions — and offers an integration with Discord that provides voice recording, transcription and dice rolls at your table. It also offers optional AI-assisted features, such as session recaps and content suggestions.
3. Accounts
To use Wyrdli you need an account. When you create one, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account; if you believe your account has been compromised, let us know as soon as possible. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Wyrdli is offered through paid monthly subscription plans, currently priced at €4.99, €9.99 and €19.99 per month. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try the full product before you are charged.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where the law requires us to. If we change our prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new prices apply to you.
5. AI credits
Plans that include AI features come with a monthly allowance of AI credits: 1,000 credits per month on the Standard plan and 2,500 credits per month on the Pro plan. Credits reset at the start of each monthly cycle and unused credits do not roll over. When your credits are exhausted, AI features pause until your next cycle; everything else in Wyrdli keeps working.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you create or upload in Wyrdli — your campaign material, session recordings and transcripts are yours. You grant us a licence to store, process and display that content, but only to the extent needed to operate the service for you; we claim no other rights over it.
If you use the session-recording features, you are responsible for making sure your players have consented to being recorded before you record them.
7. AI-generated content
Content produced by Wyrdli's AI features — recaps, suggestions, answers — is provided as a suggestion, with no warranty of accuracy. It is up to you to review it, and you are responsible for what you choose to keep, use or publish.
8. Acceptable use
When using Wyrdli, you agree not to:
- upload or share unlawful content;
- abuse the service or interfere with other people's use of it;
- attempt to breach or probe the security of the service; or
- resell the service or access to it.
9. Third-party services
Wyrdli integrates with third-party services, in particular Discord and Stripe. Those services have their own terms, which apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability.
10. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep Wyrdli available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, you retain all of your statutory rights.
11. Termination
Either of us may end this agreement at any time: you by cancelling your subscription and closing your account, and we by giving you notice. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. If your account is terminated, you can ask us to export your content within 30 days of termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will give you notice of the change. If you keep using Wyrdli after the updated terms take effect, that constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and any dispute will be brought before the Italian courts. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protections granted by the law of your country of residence, and you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
